Arcadia is a national leader in providing Solar Shading, Louvres, Acoustics, and Natural Ventilation. Our dynamic company provides a full service of design, manufacture, supply, project management, installation, and commissioning. We work with architects, designers, engineers, builders, and roofing contractors Nationally.

Your new role will have you coordinating and executing Arcadia projects, including managing all project phases from point of sale to completion and assisting the General Manager to achieve the overall objectives of the projects function.

Your key duties in this role will include:

• Adhering to budgets and timeframes to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assisting the General Manager to meet the invoicing monthly & annual targets.
• Resolving issues relating to project-specific details and information.
• Instructing and overseeing the Drafting team to create detailed production/manufacture and architectural shop drawings.
• Organising sub-contractors for the installation of products.
• Establishing design intent and working with the Drafting team to create architectural shop drawings for submission.
• Managing expectations of all stakeholders in every project (outcomes, schedule, budget, etc.)
• Maintaining standards of safety, health, and security in the work environment by ensuring all OS&S requirements are met.

To be considered successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in construction or similar.
• Detailed knowledge of construction industry, aluminium fabrication, terminology, codes, and design disciplines.
• Capability to see a project through from initial estimation and pricing to management of design and installation.
• Experience delivering successful projects on-time and within budget whilst achieving highly satisfied customers.
• Previous experience in the industry will be highly valued.

Based in our Welshpool office, your role will be pivotal in continuing the growth and success of the construction department as our Project Managers are a key source to satisfying existing and obtaining new customers.
