Service Delivery Officer - Residential

We are looking for a Residential Service Delivery Officer to join our growing team on a full-time hours to be worked on a rotating roster 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday
This is a call centre-based position providing support to the service delivery team. A successful candidate will:
- Liaise with customers, sales and technical staff.
- Assist procurement to ensure the timely delivery of required equipment for projects.
- Manage customer’s contracts and Service Level Agreements.
- Perform quality assurance examinations to ensure services meet to our high standards.
- Handle inbound calls in relation to customer orders and enquiries.
- Coordinating orders using our provisioning system and intervene manually when required.
All entitlements will be in accordance with the Telecommunications Award 2010, and the Fair Work Australia National Employment Standards.
What are we looking for?
Experience in data entry is essential with roles in telecommunications and or call centres preferred. But never fear if you don't know much about telco, we offer fantastic on the job training and teach staff all they need to know.
However, you do need to be a resilient person who is a clear communicator and be able to converse and explain technical information in an 'easy to understand' manner. Have excellent customer service skills and an ability to handle difficult customers. Computer literacy is also a must, as you need to type up notes from calls, and use basic software packages etc. If you have this and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, then this role is perfect for you!
